These general terms and conditions govern sales and services provided by Wenger Acoustic to private individuals, businesses and local authorities.

Article 1 – Prices
The prices of our products are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes except a contribution to shipping costs. Wenger Acoustic reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in force when the order is approved unless there are obvious errors. Products remain the property of Wenger Acoustic until payment has been received in full.
Article 2 – Orders
Customers can order directly online at www.wenger-acoustic.ch or by confirming a quote and sending it by email or post. Signing the quote implies acceptance of the order. Full payment of the order or payment of a deposit also implies acceptance of the order. Customers placing an order via the www.wenger-acoustic.ch website or with a quote must be aged 18 or over and have legal capacity and/or company authorisation for business orders.
Article 3 – Confirmation
The customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing the order. Confirming the order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 4 – Availability
Wenger Acoustic undertakes to deliver the product ordered subject to the availability of stock from the supplier. If the product has been discontinued, Wenger Acoustic will refund the price of the product and/or suggest an alternative solution with no other penalty.
Article 5 – Time scales
Wenger Acoustic strives to communicate its normal delivery time scales. Customers may request more precise information by contacting our sales department. Many products sold are manufactured to order; if the delivery is delayed by more than 60 days after the delivery date initially indicated, the customer may ask for the order to be cancelled and the sums paid to be refunded. However, Wenger Acoustic will do all it can to find an alternative solution that will satisfy the customer.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products bought from Wenger Acoustic are delivered throughout Switzerland. Products are delivered by our own delivery service or a third-party shipper. Deliveries take place during office hours, and customers must ensure someone is present to receive the goods. If this is not possible, the customer must ask Wenger Acoustic in advance for a quote for a personalised delivery.
If multiple items are ordered at the same time, Wenger Acoustic reserves the right to split the deliveries in agreement with the customer.
When the goods are received, the customer must check the condition of the products received and report any reservations (damaged goods, open packaging etc.) to the shipper and to Wenger Acoustic within 24 hours.
Article 7 – Payment
Orders can be paid for by:
- bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Postcard
- bank transfer: our bank details are provided when the order is placed
- deposit slip
The customer can request a quote or a pro forma invoice.
Article 8 – Payment terms
Orders must be paid for in full and in advance when the order is placed. Wenger Acoustic reserves the right to offer its customers specific terms on a case-by-case basis. In this event, these specific terms take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions.

Article 10 – Liability
It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities how the products or services you are planning to order can be used with regard to fire safety etc. Photos are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. Colours and appearances may vary significantly. If purchases are made for professional purposes, Wenger Acoustic cannot accept any responsibility for any indirect harm, operating losses, loss of profit, opportunity cost, damage or expenses that may arise as a result of purchasing its products. Consequently, Wenger Acoustic cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from professional activity.
Article 11 – Applicable law – Disputes
In the event of disputes, the only law applicable is the relevant Swiss law, excluding any opposing legal rules. The court with jurisdiction for any disputes is the court of Morges.
